All of the hotel staff with whom we interacted was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the small store that is located in the lobby as well as the restaurant that is attached to the property. The location was great for us, it's right next to a mall and there are multiple entrances and exits which give flexibility on where to go.

Breakfast was the best we have ever experienced. A large selection of foods, with hot items, fruits, cereals, waffles, sausage, omlets, yogurt, sweet rolls and delicious Coffee. Our highlight was seeing Jose every morning as he keeps the buffet well stocked, and tables clean. He is definitely dedicated to his work at the Fairfield Inn, Paramus, NJ

Personnel are helpful and friendly. I like that a restaurant Bonefish Grill is on premises. Paramus Park is within walking distance.

The breakfast was great. The seating areas were plentiful, and it made connecting with family and used as a meeting place easy.

The location is great but they could do a little more with the breakfast. For example, putting milk into a carafe or pourable container rather than put out milk boxes with a straw hole that you need to tear apart somehow to get milk to pour over cold cereal. Also, add fresh fruit such as strawberries or blueberries that could be added to the cereal.
